is there any other way to get my staraight hair curly?

it would be nice to have curls like miley cyrus but if i cant thats ok

maybe buns------%26gt;messy??-neat??

please add directions

thank you so much if you answer this question

oh yeah no stupid answers閳?br>

oh yea i dont have rollers so i think the only way to get curly hair is a bun so can i get some directions on getting soft curls????

thanks

Need to get curly hair!!!!!PLEASE ANSWER?

i love mileys hair! i want to get it too. :]

okay.

put it in a bun while its wet. and then leave it till you get to the place you need to go. when you get to the place it will be curly so let it go. when you let it go it will be curly but it will be wet. when it starts to dry it might have a little frizz. so when you have the time go to market or a store and buy some hairspray or gel and maybe a curling iron. i suggest Conair, the one that is $30. its good. and i have curly hair.

good luck! hope i helped!

Need to get curly hair!!!!!PLEASE ANSWER?

i dont know what you can do for today, but while you are out, pick up a bottle of wash and curl, in the shampoo aisle, so next time you want curly hair for a day, youll be set. Its really good stuff.

Need to get curly hair!!!!!PLEASE ANSWER?

when you blow dry, put a round brush and curl it through your hair and then blow dry it!

Need to get curly hair!!!!!PLEASE ANSWER?

getting your hair in long soft curls like miley cyrus would take a whole lot more than a bun. a bun kind of makes a wierd off to one side wave so i wouldnt do that. if you have naturally straight hair, use some bobby pins and take each strand of hair and roll it around 2 fingers (or more) and pin it to the top of your head. but this takes more time than 15 min, so i would just leave it straight for now (sorry :-( ) and when you have stuff and time yeah ok

Need to get curly hair!!!!!PLEASE ANSWER?

I'm sorry to say but there's not much you can do today, but try just putting on pigtails, bun, ponytails and other simple hair styles.

Or when you are finished taking a shower try running to the corner store, they sell gel over there for a dollar and do your hair on your way to where you have to go or when you get there go to the bathroom and fix your hair there.

good luck

Need to get curly hair!!!!!PLEASE ANSWER?

the only other way to get curly hair is to get a perm that way you wont need hairsoray just gel. that way you can get up and go.

Need to get curly hair!!!!!PLEASE ANSWER?

Blow dry your hair with a round brush

Need to get curly hair!!!!!PLEASE ANSWER?

yes thats the answer but if you wear a bun it will take time too dry so all depending on how long and thick your hair is will determing how long it will take too dry so you can unfold it and have lockes oh another bit of advice : if you have a blowdryer use it too push along this process of drying your hair faster!! ps... and make a quick stop @ the store on da way home;) goodluck!!

Need to get curly hair!!!!!PLEASE ANSWER?

well i cant help u out w/ getting curls but i can tell u that keeping, maintaining, and brushing curls can be a real DRAG for the owner. i have curly hair and trust me it isnt all beauty. i had spent almost a year trying to find out how to straighten them. stars like miley cyrus prolly have their own professinal hair designers to take care of their hair and thats prolly why it looks so awsome.

Need to get curly hair!!!!!PLEASE ANSWER?

you should try to SCRUNCH your hair, all you need to do is

1. wash your hair the when you get out of the shower

2. towel dry your hair just Little bit, so that its not dripping wet.

3. comb or brush your hair (part if were ya normally do if you do!)

4. flip you hair over and start scrunching (squeezing your hair to make if curle or Wave)

5.now if you want you can put your hairdryer on low and dry it a little bit it should help.

6. after that you can add just alittle bit of gel NOT ALOT you dont want it to look hard! GOOD LUCK !!

Curly hair products??

What is a good product to use on really curly (think Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman) hair? I want something to define and fight frizz without making the curls "crunchy" or stiff. Any suggestions?

Curly hair products??

The absolute best are any of the curl products from FX Special Effects...Curls Up, Curl Booster, Curl Miracle. You can get them at any Walgreens, CVS, Wal-Mart, etc. You'll love them!

Curly hair products??

Crazy Curl by J Beverly Hills...it works wonders with curly hair. Look at this site...it gives a description, but you can do a search to buy it elsewhere as well.

Curly hair products??

i have pretty woman hair (though mine is brown) and to keep the curls i mix some strong hold gel with leave in conditioner.

if you have fine hair you will need some level of hold to stop your curls turning into frizz.

Curly hair products??

Frizz Ease hair serum by John Frieda is awesome. It doesn't make it at all crunchy...You smooth it onto wet hair and if you blow dry it with a brush, your hair will be straight; but if you let it air-dry naturally, like I do, it will maintain your curls with no frizz or stiffness. It also makes your hair feel smooth and look shiny! It's in all drug stores in the hair care aisle.

Curly hair products??

Here is a youtube on hair products. This girl did a test between Aveda and Mixed Chicks. Her hair is extremly curly. She discusses the crunchy thing. It is about 3 mins long. Check it out... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ahYIgjro...

Are hair instentions good for curly hair?

i think i spelled that wrong.but anyways, what are good instentions for curly hair.where can i get them to be straight when i want them and to be curly when i want them.also how long would they last? and if you have anymore info that would be great.thank you.

Are hair instentions good for curly hair?

Extensions are very, very hard on your hair and create alot of breakage. The best kind to buy are the POP brand natural hair extensions made by Great Lengths. The POP extensions clip in so you can remove them everyday and your hair doesn't break. They're the ones Jessica Simpson wears. Because they are natural you can perm them to match your natural curl and flat iron them when you want them straight. (You can't use any heat or chemicals on synthetic extensions.) They cost about $280 and you can find them at salons.

Are hair instentions good for curly hair?

I think that if u have curly hair and get curly hair instentions it is fine. But if u get straight instentions it is just plain ugly

Are hair instentions good for curly hair?

buy some curly ones...and buy a straight one...or buy one kind...and straighten it with a hot iron when u want it straight and use a curling iron when u want it curly..

how long they last...uhm until u dont want them anymore?

Are hair instentions good for curly hair?

I dont know what kind of extensions you're referring to (instentions?),But i can help you if you ment extensions. I have EXTREMELY curly and frizzy hair, which i had to cut because i relaxed the hell out of it lol. So what i do is buy the pony tails extensions all i do is put it over my bun and wallaa i have beautiful long hair, you can get them in curly, staright, wavy, anything. But if you want your hair down its a little more time managing they do have extensions but youll need some one to either glue, or sew them in, i hope this helps a bit.

Are hair instentions good for curly hair?

personally i don't use the kind of extentions that you have to weave into your hair. i like the ones that are attached to combes. there is a company called soho fashion that makes really great hair pieces and accesories.

Curly Hair? Help!!!?

My hair is VERY curly, how do you guys keep it managble? Do you do anything special with it?

Curly Hair? Help!!!?

I've had great success with Biolage elixir...a little pricey....but well worth it!

Curly Hair? Help!!!?

Curly Hair? Help!!!?

not a problem. Just stand in front of somebody in the middle of the night.............its going to be ur nightmare or his....so u will stop worrying about ur hair and distract ur self

Curly Hair? Help!!!?

Mine is just getting curly so I use a straightener and lots and lots of hairspray

Curly Hair? Help!!!?

There are special shampoos you can buy to help keep it under control. But if those don't work, then it might help to straighten your hair and then curl it just as much as you want it to. Or, you can shower at night and dry it and straighten it, and then you can either sleep with curlers in your hair or curl it with a curling iron in the morning.

Curly Hair? Help!!!?

Everyone's hair is different- I'm shirly temple unless i brush my hair in the shower- so try around with your own teachniques. I'd suggest getting a condition just for curly hair- i like garnier fructise (exscuse my spelling please) or try a serum- like frizzease

Curly Hair? Help!!!?

My hair is very curly, but it is also dry, so the most important thing I do to keep it managable is to keep it well conditioned. Use product in your hair and use heat. Also the longer your hair is, the easier it is to manage because the curl is weighted down by the length.

Curly Hair? Help!!!?

My current favorite shampoo and conditioner are the Garnier Sleek and Shine... Now they've come out with Curl and Shine, but I haven't tried it yet, though I'm sure it's good as well. After washing it I put on a leave in conditioner. Once again Garnier is good, but the Paul Mitchell "The Conditioner" is a long-time goody. I don't use a brush, just run my fingers through my hair. Finally, I use some sort of tryling product for curly hair, there's a lot that work, but all are best with the conditioner on there first. I let my hair air dry... Blow dryers are evil for curly hair! Hope that helps!

Curly Hair? Help!!!?

Have you tried the new Herbal essences.

Curly Hair? Help!!!?

dont shampoo it every day cuz it makes it dry when your in the shower after you shampoo it rinse and sqeeze out all the water and put in conditioner then brush it with a wide toothed comb but leave it in your hair for a day or more and keep on doing the same thing and you could probly try the loreal paris shampoo and conditioner for the dry hair. my hairs still curly but its not dry nomore. but go to the website and look for the shampoo but if you cant find it just go to the store and the shampoo and conditioner are in orange bottles

Curly Hair? Help!!!?

i have reli curly hair too, and it annoys the hell out of me.. i used to think that putting a lot of conditioner in my hair would keep it from frizzing, but it actuali made it worse.. now, i only condition my once a week, but still wash it every 2nd or 3rd day with just shampoo... i put mousse through my hair if i want it to be curly, and that keeps the curls in tight ringlets.. or, i straighten my hair... their is a product called CurlsRock.. you can buy it from any discount stores lyk priceline or anywhere.. that's reli good too

Advice on growing long hair for a male with thick curly hair.?

I'm a 17 year-old male and I've been trying to grow my hair shoulder length for 2 years. My hair is very thick and curly I usually comb it back. But when it reaches a certain length its very difficult to control and ends up looking a little messy heading in different directions. I believed that its just a phase when growing my type of hair long and that after a while gravity will pull it down making it look better. But my mom insists that my hair will head into a messy afro. She then forces me to go to a Saloon and fix it. When I go to the Saloon the person attending my hair offers to blowdry/straighten my hair which deep down in my heart I want to do. But my mom believes that men who blowdry/straighten their hair are homosexuals this aggravates me. In the end I end up cutting my hair short. If anyone can could they give me advice, on how I could grow my hair long and make it look good? Also can females give me their thoughts of men using products/tools that females use for their hair?

Advice on growing long hair for a male with thick curly hair.?

well hair grows at about a 1/2 per month I would use some extra conditioner ( if you don't already) when you wash your hair. Let it sit for about five minutes and rinse it out or go to your local store and pick up some deep conditioning conditioner you can get a little pack for about $.99 at Sally's Beauty Supply follow the directions and your hair should be on its way to becoming healthier, which will make it grow a bit faster in the end. Because hair grows at such a slow rate and sometimes slower for other I recommend getting a trim about every 2-3 months this allows the natural oils to get to ends that may have been brittle and breaking off. when your hair gets long enough to your liking and if it isn't as straight as you would like and you don't want to go through the daily process of using a straightening iron you may want to have your hair chemically straightened. Although it's only a temporary fix it last for a good amount of time. In the end you should have the luscious locks that you dream of.

Advice on growing long hair for a male with thick curly hair.?

if u would like ur hair 2 grow keep trimming it bout every 2weeks-a month this should help move the process quicker. also im a 19yr old girl that doesnt think ur a homo 4 using hair tools or anything do wot ever you need 2 , 2 be happy with urself

Advice on growing long hair for a male with thick curly hair.?

At 17 you should be able to decide how you want your hair. I am the mom of a 17 year old boy and he has longer hair. After all, it is only hair and depending on what job you have later, you may never be able to wear it long again. Try talking to your mom about your hair %26amp; tell you want to try it longer until summer, then if you don't like it, you will get it cut. My son's hair is sort of curly, so we get it layered on the last few inches to keep it from afro-ing out. He tucks it behind his ears for school and wears a sports headband or rolled up bandana other times to keep it out of his face.

How to keep my curly hair from growing straight?

I am a male who has curly hair. I grew my hair out pretty long and my bangs and roots started to grow straight with my ends still being curly. How can I make my bangs and roots be curly once again?

How to keep my curly hair from growing straight?

It's because your hair is getting heavy and pulling it down at the roots. Cut your hair, or try some styling products.

How to keep my curly hair from growing straight?

you can use products on your hair, such as mousse etc., but other than that, thats how your hair is going to grow. my hair used to be completely straight and now its completely curly...its just something in your genes....maybe cut your hair?

How to keep my curly hair from growing straight?

The weight of your long hair is probably pulling the hair straight. Use hair products for curly hair.

How to keep my curly hair from growing straight?

if youre hair is messy but when you take a shower it gets curly then try using gel and when you are done try to push it up and it will stay curly all day without getting messy at all.

Hints and tips for curly hair?

I have curly hair, and because it is quite heavy it can pull straighter near the roots.I do have some layers chopped in for extra volume, but who has some handy hints and tips to make the most of my curly hair, to keep the curls tight and to stop it going flat? (i do use hair mousse too, before anyone suggests it!)

Hints and tips for curly hair?

I have curly hair too. I use Garnier Fructis hair products. They have a new line specifically for curly hair...shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in conditioner. The leave-in stuff is great!! It will help keep the curls.

Hints and tips for curly hair?

Ghd's are the way to go

Hints and tips for curly hair?

dry it with your head tipped upside down with a diffuser on the hairdryer

Hints and tips for curly hair?

Buy some curling moose (You can get it in any supermarket, I use Shockwaves but they do products for girls too)

Apply it to dripping wet hair, not soaking, but very wet, and then shake your head around like a mad man and style it.

Then just wait about an hour for your hair to dry naturally. (DONT EVER USE HAIRDRYERS, your hair wont curl if u use a hairdryer)

And voila!!! Your hair will be curly, (with any luck!)

:) enjoy

Hints and tips for curly hair?

why dont you use a curling iron on the top section of your hair so that it is curly and the roots too. you dont need to do your whole head if your hair is already curly just the roots.

Also you could try velcro or heated rollers round the crown of your head and it would also give you that kinda big sexy curly hair look lol good luck xxx

Hints and tips for curly hair?

when i get out of the shower I use infusium 23 leave-in conditioner and brush it through, then I use aussie spray gel and i also blow dry it upside-down (only half-way to keep the roots from being funky) and while your blow drying grab your hair with your palm ends first and hold them closer to your scalp that will cause the hair to actually turn and curl

Hints and tips for curly hair?

My brother is a top hair stylist in London and I have the same problem until he introducded me to a product that is in a creme formula call Fat Hair and its a product from ghd but also Fudge do a similar product. Now you can't buy these from your ordinary retail shops or chemists etc you'll have to go to a salon from your town, one that is not just your ordinary back street hairdresser's doing wash %26amp; set or purple rinse ( no offence to anyone)! Once you've got the product first time you use it you'll think Oh my god how have I managed with out it, believe me I couldn't live with out mine.

Hints and tips for curly hair?

I have thick/heavy curly hair too. Here's what I do:

When u wash your hair, flip your head over the bath n put curlin mouse in it, that will help stoppin it looking flat, as you get when you just put mouse in standing straight.

Then you have a few options: You can allow it to dry naturally, When its almost dry add some more mouse to style, this will give you added volume. If your finding it hard to style you can add some gel ( any not strong gell will do) to help create your desired look.

If you dont want to wash it everyday, the day after you can use Frizz-Ease Dream Curls Curl Perfecter to get ride of the frizz you'll get from sleeping on it.

The best thing though is to allow it to dry naturlly as curly hair tends to be dryier and hair tools will just make it dryier and cause more damage.

Hints and tips for curly hair?

I have curly locks too - the key is flip head down then apply lots of moose then scrunch scrunch scrunch, give a little shake (for volume) then scrunch some more, and then either allow to dry naturally or diffuse for extra oomph!! Don't over-dry though as you'll end up looking like you've been dragged through a bush backwards!!!!

Good Luck!!

I have naturally curly hair but i want straight hair ?

i have curly hair , it dosnt like grow it expands is there any way to make it straight , iam a guy and my hair isnt long , but i have tried every thing like wearing a hat with wet hair and other stuff.

I have naturally curly hair but i want straight hair ?

Try hair straighteners sweetie! And hair conditioners.

I have naturally curly hair but i want straight hair ?

hi ya lol. ya know i have the same problem.... but i just deal with it now it's seems most women would rather have curly hair than straight.. well at least with my friends. If ya don't like curly hair.. then just buy a straightener and straighten it. it does work lol.

I have naturally curly hair but i want straight hair ?

get a straightening gel. it's a pain and if you use a hair dryer a lot it can dry your hair out but it does work

I have naturally curly hair but i want straight hair ?

If you go to like CVS Walgreens or Walmart and look in the hair section, you can find chemically straightening products that will work. For best results, use the product and then get a haircut

My hair is so curly and frizzy and full of tangles! Help?

I have trouble with my hair. I use Pantene conditioner, the kind for curly hair. My hair looks nice out of the shower, but inevitably poofs right back up.

Sometimes I try to straighten it (I have the Maxiglide straightener) but it usually turns out still at least a little poofy.

Anyway, Im 13, so I can't go to a salon or get it relaxed or anything, so....help?

My hair is so curly and frizzy and full of tangles! Help?

Ugg! I no what u mean! I had frizzy hair like you wouldn't believe so you are not alone! But i learned to take advantage of it some how and doing these really funky messy buns..it looked really good! If you don't like that idea then try blow drying it right after you take a shower! DON'T straighten your to much. that's what make your hair so frizzy!

My hair is so curly and frizzy and full of tangles! Help?

try using a leave-in conditioner. i think pantene makes one for curly hair too.

My hair is so curly and frizzy and full of tangles! Help?

Try Zero Frizz. I have the same problem and it works pretty well, plus you can use a lot of it without your hair looking greasy or anything. Plus it's pretty cheap. Don't fight your hair, let it curl.

My hair is so curly and frizzy and full of tangles! Help?

Oh you very fortunate young girl with such beautiful hair. Women spend so much money trying to get your hair type to style. God blessed you with this type hair and you should wear it with comfort and grace.

My hair is so curly and frizzy and full of tangles! Help?

I have horrible frizz hair, i just discovered the hair straightener and i love it. (flat iron) I also have frizz eze. Put that on first and then flat iron it and your good to go. Stay outta wet weather!!!!

My hair is so curly and frizzy and full of tangles! Help?

I have the same problem. I'm mixed and live in Florida so frizzy and poofy is an everyday battle. Anyways, here's what I recommend... Most importantly, you need to get a ceramic flat iron. I don't know if the Maxiglide straightener has ceramic plates but that's really important (I have a CHI). Next, don't put a whole bunch of stuff in your hair. I try to wash my hair at night and let it air dry while I'm sleeping. In the morning I put an emollient in it (Sally's has a hair care line called Proclaim, I use their gloss stuff) and flat iron it. That night, I wrap in with a silk scarf and the next morning I look like I belong in a music video (I wash my hair about every 2nd or 3rd day). Make sure you don't weigh it down or grease it up. I also recommend using the Proclaim shampoo and conditioner. Hope I could help!

One more thing, don't relax your hair. If you throw some pomade and gel or mousse in it and scrunch it then you can go curly and straight.

My hair is so curly and frizzy and full of tangles! Help?

Walgreens has a temporary straightener for around $30.00. I can't use it because I have very fine hair. If your hair can take it it seems to be a very cheep alternative to a salon. If you want your hair curly use curling gel from FX (the larger cheaper bottle!) I also use aerosol hair spray on wet hair. I use a wide tooth comb and then I scrunch it while I blow dry my hair on medium heat. just don't let your hair whip around from the dryer. Good luck!

My hair is so curly and frizzy and full of tangles! Help?

I use Garnier Fructis Fortifying Deep Conditioner 3 minute masque and it does wonders for me, makes hair much smoother and managable.

My hair is so curly and frizzy and full of tangles! Help?

I have naturally curly hair too- it has its good days and bad days especially when its humid out its mearly impossible todo anything with it! The reason it frizzes is because of lack of moisture- try using sunsilk de-frizzer along with a little gel. Also try washing your hair at night and letting it dry or braiding it. Then in the morning lightly wet it down and that should help tame it down.. When I was 12 I went to the salon to get it straightened, but the lady told me that in time I would learn to love it so she would not even touch my hair.. So by this time I was already convinced I would never like it so I bought a at home straightener kit and after it was applyed for only 1 minute you could smell it buring my hair, so we washed it out.. and after 10 years You can still see the lasting effects... So do yourself a favor- learn to love it and DO NOT straighten it....

My hair is so curly and frizzy and full of tangles! Help?

ok... for the frizz use a leave in conditioner or dove.... to get rid of the tangles try brushing it then using a comb.

Curly hair. HELP!?

I have super curly hair and i dont want to damage it how should i fix it.

Curly hair. HELP!?

I have super curly hair too. I just have a cut that works well with it (although at one time i had it really long and that worked well too), and I use a really good ethnic hair product on it after I shampoo %26amp; condition. Then I let it air dry. Easy and non-damaging.

Curly hair. HELP!?

My advice is to just straighten it. And use an iron tamer spray so you don't damage it when you straighten.

Or you could try using the spray called "straight sexy hair" and blowdry your hair after applying. But this spray doesn't work for everyone. It depends on how hard to manage your hair is.

But whatever you do, DON'T get your hair chemically straightened. It's the worst possible thing to do to your hair, and it will practically burn your hair off.

Help make my curly hair straight!?

Help make my curly hair straight!?

Settle down Settle down girlie. It can be done but it take time and energy.

I first have several questions for you...

1) What type of curly hair do you have? Is you hair thick, course, fine, dry? Do you have ethnic curly hair African-America, Polynesian, Dominican, etc? That will tell me alot about you hair and what type of product to use.

2) Where do you live? Do you live in an area that is very humid during the day or night? Like back east or in the south? Is it very cold and dry? or is it hot with no humidity? Like the southwest? Because humidity will curl you hair in an instant

3)What type of activity will you be doing? Dancing, cheering, etc? Because if you remain active and sweat your hair will curl.

OK, now with that being said, I can advise you on a few things.

1) Products. Depending on your hair type you need to find the right hair products to lock out humidity and keep your hair straight as an arrrow. For great results I suggest you use products like Alterna, Paul Mitchell (super skinny), Redken ( Smooth), Matrix, products. They cost a bit more but will give you great results. Shampoo and Conditioner made for reducing volume and keeping the hair from frizzing. Then after wards put a leave in conditioner or silicon base frizz serum. This will keep you hair from frizzing and keep volume to a minimum. Then spray on an Iron protecting spray (matrix makes a good one) to protect you hair from the burns of an iron.

2) Iron. The type of iron is important to seal in moisture and keep hair healthy. 100% ceramic all the way. I can't stay that enough!!!! Chi is one of the greatest irons out there.

If you hair is REALLY course ( like ethnic hair) then buy an iron that the temp is at least 450F degrees. If you hair is Caucasian hair then 395F is fine.

3) There is an alternative to Ironing you hair and it's called hair rolling. Where you roll you wet hair and put it under a dryer. It's healthier for you hair then Hot Ironing, but can be difficult to do at first.

I wouldn't rule out chemical straighteners. Depending on your hair type it can actually help you from having you hair curl on you. The BEST WAY to have your hair straightened is using Ionic straightening process from the Japanese of course. This wonderful process is expensive but will keep you hair straight for 6-8 months. Like I said it's very costly, but Jheri Redding "One and Only" Makes a good one. And I have my friend do my hair because she is a hairstylist and she only charges me $100 to do it.

So good luck. Products and Iron.

Very curly hair and self-acceptance?

i can't seem to accept my really curly hair because i feel it doesn't suit my personality all the time. it's too out there and loud. i never leave it down.

i don't think i'm ever gonna find someone who thinks i'm attractive simply because of it. all my good features are drowned out by this big hair.

are guys that shallow when it comes to first impressions?

Very curly hair and self-acceptance?

The grass is always greener on the other side...I have very straight flat hair and hate it! I love to see women with big curly hair!

First impressions (looks wise) matter to shallow men, however, it's your personality that will get you a good man.

Very curly hair and self-acceptance?

Sometimes our own flaws can seem larger than life. Everyone has something about themself that they'd like to change. I highly doubt that your hair makes such a huge impression upon people. Try not too focus on it. Find other reasons to LIKE the way you look.

Curly hair - could i pull off bangs?

Hey,

I have very curly hair.

I'm extremely bored with it, and was wondering if i could pull off side swept bangs.

http://s243.photobucket.com/albums/ff223...

This is me, could i do it, or would I look stupid?

Thanks in advance

Curly hair - could i pull off bangs?

dont do it unless u plan to straighten your hair.

Curly hair - could i pull off bangs?

it depends on the shape of your face. hope that helps.

Curly hair - could i pull off bangs?

yeah i love girls with curly hair and straight bangs.

DO IT

Curly hair - could i pull off bangs?

straighten your hair, and then get bangs

Curly hair - could i pull off bangs?

Well it could work out.. but i would straighten the bangs out (only the bangs!) that would turn out real cute.

Curly hair - could i pull off bangs?

yes you can!

provided you straighten your bangs.

it would look very cute!

Curly hair - could i pull off bangs?

If you don't want to straighten them. don't get them they will curl up and look really poofy. I think your hair looks really pretty the way it is.

Curly hair - could i pull off bangs?

aw i love ur hair! um only get side swept bangs if your going 2 straiten them everyday. remember straightening your hair everyday damages hair.

Curly hair - could i pull off bangs?

My curls are exactly like yours!! I have side swept bangs but i always straighten them beacuse they poof up and dont look good when curly! I say go for it!! Its a nice change.

Curly hair - could i pull off bangs?

it might i mena u wont know until u try. if u dont like em u can always grow em out

Curly hair annoying?

does anyone else find their curly hair annoying?

sometimes i wish it was straight and less thick...

Curly hair annoying?

Yes! I know exactly what you mean. It really thick and curly, it goes everywhere and gets tangeled. Sometimes I feel like shaving my head. Thank God for straightners. They take my hair down to wavy. Having them thin it at a salon works really well, though. It leaves it curly but so much easier to handle. You should try that.

Curly hair annoying?

ya i have curly hair and in da morning i have a fro Report It

Curly hair annoying?

yeah! me 2.....i have hair about 4 inches below my shoulder and when i wear it curly i cant play with it or it will get messed up and when i straighten it it looks perfect and i can touch it...but i do like having curly hair so i can have both straight and curly hair

Curly hair annoying?

Meeeee.

For sure.

Haha.

But you can tame your hair with de frizz products.

And of course, you can straighten your hair.

Curly hair sos!?!?

okay here's the thing.

Ima mixed race girl so my hair is part white part black! (weird huh?)

its really thick and wavey/curly, plus! it can't decide whether or not it wants to obey the laws of gravity!!!

I want it flatter what do i do???

Curly hair sos!?!?

OK i have i good tip my friend has super thick Italian curles so when she does her hair she take a strong holding moose (garnier xxxl) and take some hair put moose in it twist the piece and do to the rest of the head and if you want you can blow dry/diffuse it its so awsome every one envys her curles

Perm/curly hair question...?

I have really long hair that's kind of frizzy and wavy (esp with the crazy humidity we've been having :p)...anyway

I was thinking of maybe having the ends permed with big loose curls, because it's a pain to have to use the hot rollers in the middle of summer, plus I have a new baby and it takes *forever* to get them on

has anyone had this done, or have pictures of this, or done it to someone? I don't want to go to a stylist without a picture, or at least a VERY clear idea of what I want, and I'm not too sure at the moment.

Also, is it true that if you wet your perm before 24hrs has past it will fall out?

OR does anyone sleep with curlers in their hair to make it curly, any pictures or tips on that too would help. I just need help! :p :)

Perm/curly hair question...?

Just go to your stylist and explain what you are looking to get and tell her that you basically want a body wave, something to loosen your natural curls and help with the frizz and your styling.

Ask her to use the largest perm rods they have (usually the size of a half dollar or larger), this way you'll end up with what your looking for .

And yes if you wash your hair within 24hrs of getting a perm you will lose your perm and have wasted your time and money getting it done if you have any other questions feel free to email me babyprncss24@yahoo.com

best of luck

Perm/curly hair question...?

PLEASE, best answer me please, please. Just use an air conditioner.

Perm/curly hair question...?

My cousin had the same problem and she also had triplets to handle. I think that you shoukld get big, loose curls because It would look beatiful(it looked awesome on my cousin) Sorry, I have no pictures but you should try to google it.

Perm/curly hair question...?

i have curly hair and i haveno idea what to do with it but for a quick fix i just put pick lotion on my hair and it straightenes...pwease choose me as the best answer

Perm/curly hair question...?

Maybe use curlers then a humidity resistant anti-frizz hairspray, those work great. There are lots of products for frizzy hair in beauty supply stores, you can maybe find one and ask the clerk. ^^

Texturizer to get curly hair?

I am black and would like to have curly hair without always putting heat on it. What liquid product could i buy to give me curly hair.

Texturizer to get curly hair?

hmmm wet look gel, u can get it at any store that has hair products section, its in a blue bottle and u put it in ur hair when its dry scrunching ur hair with ur fingers

Are bangs suitable for someone with curly hair?

I have dark brown/almost black curly hair. It's like spiral curls but they're touchable and not frizzy. Unlike most people with curly hair, I really do like it. It's a few inches past shoulder length with three long layers. It's been this way for a while and I've been trying to grow it out for a few months now (obviously it takes a while with curly hair).

Since it's been the same for as long as I can remember, I've been thinking about getting bangs. My only concern is that it would look like a mess and I'd end up straightening it until the bangs grew out. Any advice? Maybe even some advice from hair stylists? Thanks in advance.

Are bangs suitable for someone with curly hair?

I have pretty wavy/curly hair and when I had them I just straightened my bangs slightly so they weren't too kinky looking and they turned out rather nice. Everyone always warned me against getting them but as long as your hair isn't super unruly and frizzy (which you say it's not) they will probably look nice, just make sure they're full and not just a few sad lonely strands of hair, because on curly hair the hair bunches together and you don't want your bangs to look super sparse if you're going to leave them curly and not straighten them.

Are bangs suitable for someone with curly hair?

I have always had bangs and my hair is just like yours.. I wear them curly more then straight

Are bangs suitable for someone with curly hair?

I dont think they'd look good unless u sraighteneed them.

Are bangs suitable for someone with curly hair?

maybe

long hair is nicer though

Are bangs suitable for someone with curly hair?

As long as they are not really short bangs, they would look okay. Consider like cheek-length bangs. Also, check out pictures of Halle Berry from her curly hair days for inspiration.

Are bangs suitable for someone with curly hair?

They really wouldnt look right unles you had your bangs/hair straightend or permed.

Are bangs suitable for someone with curly hair?

If you learn to wear them curly, and cute that way which seems a bit hard lol, then it'd be great. straightening them day after day might get annoying and be harsh on your hair- if you don't need bangs to cover up a huge forehead, then i think it'd be easier to not get them.

Are bangs suitable for someone with curly hair?

Do you mean bangs that just hang on the front or ones you can part on the side etc? If you mean long ones so you can have for example on spiral hanging down and the rest pulled back etc..or parted on one side type of style i would say bangs are great! i have this style on my hair right now. It was a lot longer and i got it cut short, but kept the long bangs i waited for long to grow out. It does take a while for bangs to grow out, but the outcome is likely satisfying.

I had short bangs for years and used to curl them etc..and always wanted longer bangs for different looks. I finally let them grow out and got my dream hair!! There are so many things you can do with your hair with long bangs. So many awesome looks.

Short bangs mean getting your hair cut more often and doing more with them to keep them looking tidy, but it's your hair and your choice in the end.

Good luck in your decision making!

Are bangs suitable for someone with curly hair?

I have wavy hair, and I think curls looks great. I would reccomend having the front part of your hair trimmed below the jaw for curls though because they have a much stronger impact on your face shaping and the way curly hair goes is very unpredictable.

Hair help. what is the best shampoo/conditioner for naturally curly hair?

ok so my hair is very thick and very curly when wet, but once it dries it expands and becomes very puffy making it look unhealthy but its not. what is the best hair stuff to keep my hair curly and unfrizzy/puffy?

Hair help. what is the best shampoo/conditioner for naturally curly hair?

You can find your exact answer at below link. It will definitely help you.

Hair help. what is the best shampoo/conditioner for naturally curly hair?

If you want a straighter style, try to use shampoo for straight hair, like Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine, or Redken or Frizz Ease. John Frieda has good products. If you want your hair to be curly, try Garnier Fructis Curl and Shine or another product for curly hair in the other brands that I named. I think if you use the products for straight hair, it will ease the puffiness/frizziness.

Hair help. what is the best shampoo/conditioner for naturally curly hair?

Global Goddess Shine Coconut Amla Revitalizing Hair Treatment is an oil treatment that you put on your hair to put in hair and it moisturizes.

Sunsilk also has different types of shampoo and conditioner for flat hair, wavy hair, curly hair, dry hair, you name it they have it.

Bumble %26amp; Bumble Curl Conscious Medium To Thick Hair Shampoo is a shampoo for really curly hair and it will make your hair silky smooth and managable and they also have conditioners and cremes to use in your hair also.

Another brand of hair serums is John Frieda Frizz Ease and Loreal Vive. If you use the John Frieda serum and run it through your hair when you get out of then shower you hair should be anti-frizz and look great! And the Loreal Vive has a Shampoo and conditioner set that will make your hair look great and they also have an anti frizz serum.

I hope this helps!!

Good Luck!!

Is curly hair. . .?

. . .hard to comb out after you wash it?

I have straight boring Eskimo hair in which it is very easy to comb out after I wash it. Not that I was thinking of getting a perm, but I was wondering about all of you who have curly hair, and whether you have it as easy as me. . .

Is curly hair. . .?

yes it is

Is curly hair. . .?

I have naturally curly hair, and I can ONLY brush it after I wash it...I would never dare to brush it dry

Is curly hair. . .?

no its harder, it get tangled and on top of that humidity makes it go out of control. but you could always straighten it...

Is curly hair. . .?

My sister has a perm. It is easy to comb when you get out of the shower, but forget about combing it after it is dry.

Is curly hair. . .?

I think it's funny how women with curly hair want it straight and women with straight hair want it curly. Just go with what you were born with. I'm sure it's very nice.

Is curly hair. . .?

If it's not dyed*, just use a 2-1 shampoo everytime you wash or if you prefer, just condition with a good conditioner....I also use Infusium庐 as a leave in....it help with my tangles great.

Is curly hair. . .?

After you shower with conditioner and shampoo it's easy but not so easy. After the humid air when it's dry it is horrible!! if you try to get a perm i suggest not!! if you think my suggestion is bad i 'll go without 10 but leave with 2 points. if it's good enough I wish you the best of luck.

My hair is curly! I want to an efficient hair straightening cream! Help!?

I'm 15 and i have curly hair. I need a hair straightening cream or shampoo available in Mauritius! I want to get rid of the frizz! Plzzzzzzzzz HEEEELLLLLP!

My hair is curly! I want to an efficient hair straightening cream! Help!?

Don't use straightening irons - lot's of girls fall into that trap and all it will end up doing is taking up a lot of your time and completely destroying the quality of your hair.

You need a curl relaxer. And the best you can get is Phyto Phytodefrisant Botanical Hair Relaxing Balm. Apply it to damp hair and then blow dry (or just wait for) it to dry. Not only will relax your curls into waves or completely straight locks (depending on how much you use), it will get rid of any and all frizz you may have.

The best thing is is that it's chemical free (so it won't weaken your hair) and oil-free (so it won't make your hair look oily like a lot of other relaxants).

Since you live in Mauritius the best place to purchase it would be through Amazon (here's the link: http://www.amazon.com/Phyto-Phytodefrisa... ).

Hope it helps! :)

My hair is curly! I want to an efficient hair straightening cream! Help!?

If you have super curly hair like I do the only thing that I have found that was effective and with out frizz was getting it chemically straightened at the salon. That said...my sister and I found it much easier to just embrace the curl too much stress to fight it. I use Noodle Head by Beyond Zone which you can get through Sally beauty supply.

Frederic Fekkai's Glossing Cream is AWSOME!!!

My hair is curly! I want to an efficient hair straightening cream! Help!?

I have curly hair too and what I have found is that shampoo and conditioner alone will not straighten your hair. For a cheap solution without having to go to the salon and chemically straighten it (costs a bundle and is really bad for you hair!), I would get some good smoothing shampoo like Redkin Smooth Down this will help reduce the frizz greatly. Secondly get a good straightener and leave in conditioner. Once you get out of the shower put in the leave in conditioner while your hair is wet (don't put too much or it will leave it kinda hard like hairspray). Blow dry your hair and straighten with a flat iron or you could buy a straightener that drys your hair at the same time but I'm not sure if they work well. I do emphasize to get a good flat iron/ straightener.

My hair is curly! I want to an efficient hair straightening cream! Help!?

To calm my frizzy hair i use heat protectant gel by wella called 'new wave' (comes in a red thingy), even if i don't straighten my hair after that it makes it feel a bit straighter because it makes your hair a bit heavier and it has a bit of a hold!

My hair is curly! I want to an efficient hair straightening cream! Help!?

Best hair product for wavy/curly hair?

I have naturally wavy/curly hair. Usually I straighten it but latley I've been looking for a quicker way to do my hair (So I can have more time to sleep in XD). What's the best gel, moose, spray, or leave in conditioner I can use to help define my curls? I don't want my hair to be frizzy and I'm not very big on the crunchy look either. Is there something that will make my curls smooth, soft, and frizz free? What works best for you?

Best hair product for wavy/curly hair?

I used to use Bumble and Bumble curl creme which is very good also, but I switched to Kerastase curl creme because it's lighter, defines my wavy big curls and smells good. I too have wavy hair and used to straighten it but now I'm older and lazier. The Kerastase cream is great. I always get compliments on my hair now even though I don't really work on it too much. You can find it at salons.

Best hair product for wavy/curly hair?

I use Biolage hair cream for curls and I use Pantene spray gel to define the curls more. It takes me 10 min max to do my hair.

Best hair product for wavy/curly hair?

i use tresemme mousse, it doesnt make my hair stiff.. and it helps keep the frizz away... also if u dry ur hair with a t-shirt instead of a towel when u get out of the shower, that takes away alot of frizz!!

Best hair product for wavy/curly hair?

use garnier. it helps alot. you can use the curl system. first use the curl defining shampoo and then the conditioner and then the gel. it helps alot. frizz free. :)

if you want soft curls use a product called softee and you can get tht from family dollar or walmart. its cheap and frizz free. its works really well.

good luck! :)

Best hair product for wavy/curly hair?

I like Aussie, "Catch the Wave" it works great and I have really thick and wavy hair, I feel your pain lol.

Best hair cut for medium length curly hair..?? any suggestion pls ;)??

i hav curly hair below my shoulders.. any haircut tht will suit curly hair??

will layer cut suit me?

Best hair cut for medium length curly hair..?? any suggestion pls ;)??

Definitly get long layers but in you hair. I have curly hair and the long layers kept my hair from looking bulky or puffy. It evens it all out!

Best hair cut for medium length curly hair..?? any suggestion pls ;)??

cut it to your ear it will look great

Best hair cut for medium length curly hair..?? any suggestion pls ;)??

I suggest you get it cut to approximately half an inch above your shoulder, and straightened. then side swept bands would look GREAT! layers would also look nice, but it's up to you.

i hope this helped!

Best hair cut for medium length curly hair..?? any suggestion pls ;)??

If your hair isn't very frizzy, then you can do a layered look, which works for pretty much all hair types.

Best hair cut for medium length curly hair..?? any suggestion pls ;)??

layer it, my hair is curly too so it works

never get it cut at one length it'll look super poofy!

%26lt;3

Best hair cut for medium length curly hair..?? any suggestion pls ;)??

IF YOU LAYER YOUR HAIR IT WILL ONLY MAKE YOU HAVE MORE CURLS. I WOULD NOT CUT IT.

TRY THE LAYER'S FIRST.

ALSO, YOU CAN ALWAYS THINK ABOUT GETTING IT PERMANENTLY STRAIGHTENED ..... ONLY IF YOU WERE TIRED OF THE SAME OLE CURLY HAIR.

Washing curly hair?

I have naturally curly hair, and I know you are not supposed to wash it daily to keep the moisture in. But I workout about 5 times a week, and not washing it after I get all sweaty? I want my hair to look good, but I don't want a gross sweaty head either...help!

Washing curly hair?

have you tried putting it up in a really high tight ponytail/bun? That usually does the trick. You don't sweat on TOP of your head, only the nape of your neck and your hairline on your forehead gets all sweaty and sticky, so you won't have to wash your hair every single day, just make sure you get the back of your neck really good, and you'll be fine. I have frizzy/curly/wavy hair, and this REALLY helps on REALLY hot days!!!

Try this website -

Washing curly hair?

well ive heard of something called no poo its kind of like shampoo except for curly hair u can learn more about it if u type in no poo on google gud luck =)

Washing curly hair?

take a bath after sweating and shampoo with garnier curly swirly.

Washing curly hair?

use gentle shampoo for very dry hair or maybe baby shampoo and LOADS of conditioner.

Washing curly hair?

if you condition it then im sure youll be fine washing it after you work out everyday.

or buy the special shampoos/coniditoners for curly hair. herbal essances makes some pretty good curly hair products!

Washing curly hair?

how about three times a week , any more and it will be dried out and scare people...you could also try leave in conditioner to help it keep its moisture.

Washing curly hair?

use aloe vera gel to keep your hair moisturized.

you can also smear raw egg over your hair. it'll make your hair more glossy looking. use a whole egg, and comb it through your locks. leave it in for one and a half hours, before showering.

Washing curly hair?

You can wash it daily, but skip the shampoo. I recommend you shampoo only once a week at the most. Also buy that Pantene line for curly hair. It works great. BTW, don't forget to deep condition once a week at the least for your hair.

Washing curly hair?

Use a good conditioning shampoo and conditioner. I use Nexxus Therappe Shampoo and Nexxus Humectress leave in Conditioner. Those two products work great on my curly hair. Additionally, don't blow dry your hair, that tends to dry curly hair out.

Washing curly hair?

i have curly hair and i wash it everyday. do not use garne, tresame or suave. and don't condition your hair every day. u should use eather vo5

Hair problem- I have semi curly hair, only problem is, it doesn't curl in the back, specificall

I have thin curly hair, only problem is, I can get it real curly in the front, only the back center part of it wont curl. It stays practically straight! I have highlights done. I was wondering what shampoo and conditioner should I be using? I want to enhance the curls, but take care of it because it's been dyed. Any help would be useful! Thank you all in advance.

Hair problem- I have semi curly hair, only problem is, it doesn't curl in the back, specifically, the center?

Try a curling spray. I have one called "Curl Up" that works well. I have very straight, fine hair and perm it. As the perm gets floppy and grows out and the top part of my hair (near the scalp) gets very straight, I use the curling spray and it gives the straight part of my hair a light curl that helps me blend it into the rest.

I tried a curling spray and curling shampoo and conditioner that didn't seem to do anything ("Curly Burly"), so don't give up if the first thing you try doesn't work.

Hair problem- I have semi curly hair, only problem is, it doesn't curl in the back, specifically, the center?

Do you tie your hair back? The weight of the rest of your hair could constrict the hair at the center of the pony tail. I have the same thing going on. The hair texture and color is different there.

Hair problem- I have semi curly hair, only problem is, it doesn't curl in the back, specifically, the center?

i have the same kind of hair, its wavy curly most of it except the upper back. my hair sty-lest taught how to keep it like the rest of my long curls. after washing don't dry it too much with towel let air dry, get some extra hold moose part it in the middle and put a bunch of moos on the scull then use your finger turn your up side down and massage that pat with fingers and lift your head up and just spray with good spray also use a spray for friezes it keeps it shinny i use citrus shine.

Hair problem- I have semi curly hair, only problem is, it doesn't curl in the back, specifically, the center?

When you wash your hair and put the shampoo on your head do you just put it on your head in one spot and then massage it out to the rest of your head from there? That causes flat spots like you are referring to. Rub the shampoo together in your hands first and put it on your head in another area, not the same area every time.

Natural curly hair.?

can anyone tell me what is good for long curly hair in the summer.the moister is making it very frizzy. i always had short hair intil this year now it's down to my waist and very full I NEED HELP FAST

Natural curly hair.?

molasses, honey, diluted with water in a spray bottle. Or vegetable glycerin and lecithin, diluted with water, sprayed on.

Natural curly hair.?

you can use a product called Linaza....

Natural curly hair.?

instead of using a hair dyer or a towle to dry it, let the sun dry it of the warm air. that is what i do

Natural curly hair.?

It sounds like you need a haircut, and some good products for curly hair! I have heard that Quidad makes some. Or there is something called "Curls Rock", I am not sure who makes it.

Natural curly hair.?

hey im the same way but anywayz use finese its a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner

Natural curly hair.?

don't towel dry it when you get out of shower, i have thick curly long hair and it makes it frizzy.I also, only air dry as diffusers on my hair make it look like crap. i also use springing curls by l'oreal and pantene hydrating curls shampoo and conditioner and so far, so good. I do not get the expensive stuff at the salon cuz i'd rather buy a bunch of hair products than just one or two that i can afford at a salon. The other day at walmart, i bought this new stuff that is called herbeal essences shimmer spray gel. you spray it on your hair and it shimmers. its nice. Stay away from curls rock....I got that stuff and it made my hair stiff. I love when i go to the beach or the pool, my curls dry nice and look so awesome with nothing in them , but if i do that when i get out of the shower, it is frizzy unless i put products on it, go figure!!! Do not touch your curls after they dry, as well... scruch em a little when you put products in it and twist the curls around your finger to make it more defined. Then do not touch anymore. hope i was of help

Natural curly hair.?

Get a smoothing cream like Matrix color safe smoothing cream. After you shower towel dry your hair really well, just until it is barley wet. Then comb the smoothing cream into your hair very well! After your hair is dry add some smoothing oil, like Biosilk and work into each curl! This will lock in moisture, but lock out the frizz! Believe me, I have naturally super curly thick hair!! This works wonder!!!

Natural curly hair.?

use the packs of moisturizers you get in hair dye packages. they are great for curly hair.

Natural curly hair.?

i have the same kinda hair theres just no controling itwhat i usually do is put gel in it and scruntch it then put hair spray, stays nice all day, good luck

Natural curly hair.?

My hair is curly too you could use a special treatment that i use for my hair you could buy it on the store and you could use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner...

Natural curly hair.?

I have naturally curly hair down to my waist too. I know what a hassle it can be. I wear mine in a ponytail, bun, or a flip. A flip is where you pull your hair through the ponytail however many times you need to. If it is thick and you wrap it around like 4 times then you pull it through 3 times. Then you pull it halfway through on the last time. You should have hair hanging down on the bottom kinda like a bun. Then you take that hair and pull it around to the top of the bun. Then you part the hair and you have a flip.

Natural curly hair.?

if you use anything from salons, supermarkets and drugstores, you're going to fry your hair more, because of all the synthetic ingredients and alcohols. You should buy 100% jojoba oil (GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Health food stores), and it gives your scalp moister and hair with a non-greasy feel, it mimics the oils that scalp is missing, and gives you hair such a healthy shine, it calms down the frizz.....comb your hair only when it's wet or damp, don't comb your hair dry because that just adds more frizz.
