Beautiful Curly Hair?

During the summer, If I am in a hot, very humid climate, my hair curls nicely. During a chicago winter, however, it flops down in a half-wavy, limp mass over my head. I don't want to have to straighten it or pull it back every day to look presentable. Is there a good system for getting my hair to stay as nicely curly as it does when it's humid out? A certain product or way to keep it moist enough to curl up?

frizz eaze or Ouidad works great. scrunch your hair all over and especially at the roots to keep the volume in the roots.

Have you tried using a product like a firm hold moose, or gel, putting it through your hair when it's wet then taking a small section at a time and twisting it into a curl. If you do this all over your head, twisting each section tightly then letting it go then allowing it to dry naturally (i start from the bottom of my hair and do half at a time) it might stay. This works on my hair, but mine's naturally very curly, i do this to control the curl so i look less like i've been stood in a wind tunnel! lol

my firend said if you get stylig mouse and put it in your hair after coming out the shower then blow dry your hair whilst scrunching sections it will give it a nice curl to your hair , my firends hair is always looknig nice :)
