Hairstyles for thick medium-length curly hair??

i have medium length hair thats curly and thick. i usually straighten my hair and tie it back into a low side pony tail. what other hair styles could i do with my hair. its too thick to leave down...believe me it doesnt look good. do you have any tips that i can use to make my curly, thick hair non frizzy? its hard to do because my curls are too tight? are there any ways to make the curls loose?

I also have curly hair!! but my curls are not very tight so what mite work is get pantene pro v shampoo and conditioner + mousse that r espescially 4 curly hair, after shower brush hair scrunch hair with mousse let air dry and voila curly frizz free hair. if u really want looser curls then u can get it chemically straightened and this will create loose curls of waves. good luck

You coluld get it braided in the front half way and then let the rest out in a cute afro, it'll look GORGEOUS because you have curly hair and thick hair. Also add a bans on each side of your eyes.

you could straighten part or all of your hair, then scrunch it. srunching always looks cute.
