im wondering if i get bangs and i have curly hair will it look right or will i have to starighten it everyday because its not fair i want bangs really bad but im scared to get them cause i have this dumb curly hair and what if it doesnt look right ??? help!!!!!!!!

I have curly hair and bangs. I dont ever leave my bangs curly. Instead, i side sweep them, straighten them out and put a wide headband on and leave the rest of my hair curly. Its cute.

umm bangs look nice on usually straight or wavy hair but don't be scared to try plus they'll grow out and if you don't like it just pin them up.

curly bangs are cute, just make sure they're not above eyebrow length, or you run the risk of them curling up tightly (what i mean is that there won't be enough hair to 'weigh' them down, so to speak, and they curl up tighter and end up very short. your hair might not do that, but mine certainly does).

and remember, hair grows back.

Curly hair is tricky, if you keep your bangs at a longer length, it won't look bad curly and you can always straighten them. however if you cut them short (eyebrow length or shorter) you might have to straighten them everyday. The only way to know is to try it. Start cutting them longer first and work your way up.

Start with longer bangs and see how you like them. You can always clip off a bit more. And I think curly bangs are really cute.

I have wavy, curlyish hair...I got bangs and had to straighten them. It honestly takes 10 seconds its not a big deal, go for it.

i have curly hair and bangs, and i kno lots of people who have that too, most of the people keep there bangs to the side tho, and sometimes i strighten mine, but sometimes i leave them curly!!

I have really curly hair too... and i always wanted bangs too! so i did it but went for a side fringe... and yes i straighten it everyday but once u get used to it it doesnt take long. its a lot of fun and if u dont feel like straightening it one day u can leave it curly sometimes and just pin it to the side makes a kinda "feature"... either way i love my fringe and am keeping it...

Curly bangs wont work, I have curly hair and bangs below my eyebrows but above my eyes, they are parted to the side but I blow dry straighten them every day, I don't have split ends either, but you should straighten them. Cut them angled too, its cute.

-I wouldn't suggest full out bangs, but instead a couple of shorter cut curls on either side of the face. Some girls at my school have these with curly hair and they look great. I have curly hair but I would never be outgoing enough to do that.... Full out bangs usually end up pretty bad though. ): Straight-haired girls get to have the cool hairstyles, but curly hair is interesting in itself.

-Read the book and visit the sites below about curly hair. I did and my once horrible curly hair is now virtually frizz-free ringlets. Now I get compliments on my hair all the time! Straighten your hair- be happy for a day, learn to manage your curly hair- be happy for life!

- To style your hair using the curly-girl method you will need gel and conditioner at the minimum. Some less useful, but still nice stuff would be a blowdryer, a diffuser (reduces frizz in curly/wavy hair when used with dryer), and a microfiber hair turban (to dry wet hair while sleeping or in the morning).

-The main philosophy of the curly-girl method is to not use shampoo. This may sound unhygenic but it has actually made my hair less oily and dandruffy. Shampoos contain some of the same chemicals found in laundry detergent. They dry out curly hair.

- Massaging of the scalp with conditioner to remove dirt is all that is needed. Then rinse and spread conditioner on the outside layer of hair and the hair at the nape of your neck. Gently comb tangles out with your fingers or a wide toothed comb and rinse. It is also important to use gel on sopping wet hair and scrunch the hair. Then let your hair air dry or use a blowdryer with a diffuser.

- I really like the garnier fructis sleek and shine leave in cream and Tressemme clean hold gel, but there are more conditioners, gels, etc. on the websites. Frizz-ease hair serum is pretty good for fighting frizz.

- Your hair may seem worse at first, but it is just adjusting. This takes 2 to 4 weeks begin working.This is hard to do if you don't read the book, or at least visit the websites. Naturally curly hair can be beautiful! Hope this helps!
