Can a perm do that?

Like can i show the hair dresser the pic(it will be bigger) and they can do it?

or if not is other ways???

Yes! I gotta a perm once and it turned out just like that! if you don't really have that long of hair you might want to wait because once you get a perm it will look really short compared to what it look slike right now! Yeah, you should show that picture to the hair dresser, cuz i think they can leave the perm in for longer to make the curls more curly! haha

you can show your stylist what you want and see if she can do it.

just go to the hair stylist and see what majic can work. I have very curly hair and sometimes wish i had straight. No way to tell whats going to work for your hair until you try it.
